Are your products all-natural?
Yes, our products are all-natural, and we suggest keeping them in the refrigerator. However, if they are left outside of refrigeration for a short period of time, don't worry! Our products are pasteurized for your safety. Keeping the products in refrigeration will keep them fresh and allow them a longer shelf life.
How long do they last?
Each bottle will have a batch number, "crafted on," "bottled on," and a "best by" date on the bottle. Best by dates range from 6 months to a year - depending on the flavor. We suggest sipping each product within 14 days of opening (if kept refrigerated). Always refrigerate after opening.
Do you accept returns?
We want to ensure that you are absolutely happy with your Sipping Only products. If you do not love it, reach out to us and we will make it right for you!
Do you fulfill corporate or bulk orders?

Do any of your products contain alcohol?
At this time, all products are alcohol-free.

We only use the highest quality ingredients that are sourced locally, and we love to promote small businesses! We have partnered with MEM Tea, a Boston-based business.
